Belly Belt
First, wear the Belly Belt around your stomach. The Belly Belt is used to bring your stomach halfway back to its original size. We recommend using this belt 1-7 days after natural childbirth.

Waist Belt
Can be used with the Belly Belt or separately to reduce the waistline. We recommend using this belt 3-6 weeks after natural childbirth or after C-Section stitches are completely healed.

Pelvis Belt
Can be used with the other 2 belts or separately. The Pelvis Belt helps bring the pelvis line to its natural position and size. We recommend using this belt 7-42 weeks after natural childbirth or after C-Section stitches are completely healed.
